Lesson 7 – Cover up - PMU Online Academy

Lesson 7 – Cover up

About Cover-up:

Let's see first, what can be covered, and what can't, and why.

You cannot cover up tight head-this is my most popular rejection reason.

It does not matter what color they are: red, blue or green if the heads of eyebrows are made tight and the distance doesn’t allow to move it to the center how you will do gradient?...

Tightly impossible to make transparent, 100% of my eyebrows are done with shade heads, it's my principle. If the head is tight – deleting without any variants.

Deeply made works - where color lays too deep cannot be covered with shade

You can do tight, but first, you should take an agreement about it

When viewed in cross-section your PMU(we work default superficially) will be lay upper and more transparent. The deeper the color lays, than colder and tightly it looks.

What else should we look – shape, if we cannot do new shape then we should delete previous.

Do you like it? Blackmail that you super artist must not work !! Correction generally is not grateful

or beauty motivation you can do the second tail, and take agreement that she will delete her bad tail after, but you cannot do it for “Functional” because she will be with two tails and you will have a bad reputation as an artist, that’s why you should remember about motivation.

Another variant’s a scars skin usually its minus tissue, scars from Microblading, pits on tails

You cannot delete encapsulated pigment, it cannot go out from capsule of connective tissue, pigment molecule is broken, but it cants go out

Here comes like this and crying, help me and I’ll give you everything.
The reason for this is Beauty Motivation and a complete lack of brains from both sides.

Here what you should know, please don’t laugh about my picture.

This transverse skin incision and difficulty that may be encountered at the re-covering

Yellow arrow – the area where too much pigment and you cannot put else here

Blue arrow – area of minus tissue. Skin is too thick and layer where can pigment be put is not available, but have a little area where with right deep can be put

Green arrow – the area with good skin and good pigment in it, on these areas all be good

Red arrow – area with connective tissue everywhere, solid fibers, roughly speaking tight scar. On this area, the pigment will not lay

In this illustrated example. Eyebrows have all of these areas and we should work on each of them, but we should weigh the pros and cons, risks and decide what to do.

  • And I want to share with you about problems which sometimes occur.

Here are brows made by me, healed like this, it’s difficult tight skin, sometimes we have problems like this.

Difficult skin, I made it by 3RL needle, I thought that I can do on any skin by 3RL needle, but no. Pigment lay very bad and I think aftercare was wrong too.

But!! First and most important!! The client was warned that the skin is very difficult and maybe all will be not good, and maybe she will need 1 or 2 corrections.
That why I recommend you to warn your client if you see that the skin is difficult

Here are the same brows right after the procedure, there are no signs for trouble

Now look to the left brow, it’s pink, she came in a month because regeneration should be after 30 days, but pink skin told us that the process of regeneration doesn’t end, and if you will do work on this skin you will do even worse

I told to that girl to come later, and appoint to lubricate by “Dermatix” against scars, for skin become smooth and to form evenly collagen fibers

And now the good news, I solved this problem

I work with a 9RS needle. First I take 1pin and my lovely tattoo mix, but…all goes bad, I immediately change the needle to 9RS and all goes very good, no ichor or any other problems.

A little bit about aftercare:
1. We recommend: wash eyebrows once with usual soap in 1 hour after the procedure. The client should completely wash all drops of lymph and wipe to prevent their new formation if the client missed or forgot to do this and drops of lymph have dried, she should clean up all again and wipe. Brows should be completely dry.
2. Day of rest. We do nothing with brows at all.
3. All of the following days:
recommend not to move brows too much, not to scratch them, protect crusts from cracking, for this need they need to be lubricated with a thin layer of vaseline oil from 3d day when the client feels the contraction of scab during all period till lips have scabs.
4. And of course, we recommend not to make brows wet as much as it possible, not tear crusts by hands and not take sunbathing during all healing period and 2 weeks after scabs went away.
