Avoid doing microneedling if the patient is on acne medications or blood thinners.

If a patient has Asthma or Allergies take antihistamine.

After feelier procedure or IPL or laser procedure, avoid doing needling with in first 10-14 days after the procedure.

Antiseptic Cleanser
Rubbing alcohol 70% in a dispenser
Sterile normal saline nasal spray
Sterile cotton swabs in a sterile container
Spatula or brush for topical anesthetic application

PROCESS STEPS DURING MICRONEEDLING:

Take a “before” picture of your client
Wash any access of makeup with a warm towel or makeup remover
Use face cleanser
Sterilize the skin with rubbing alcohol
Apply anesthetics that consist of Benzocaine 20%, Lidocaine 6%, Tetracaine % in a Lipedern Base for 45 minutes (avoid the eye area)

Remove the anesthetics after 45 minutes on the cheeks first. Leave the remaining on the sensitive areas such as nose and forehead. After removing anesthetics from the chicks, wipe the chicks with alcohol again.
